ROYAL OAK, MI – January 18, 2021 – Gongos, Inc., a consultative agency focused on driving customer centricity for Fortune 500 companies, announces the promotion of David Robbins to Vice President, Client Consulting and the appointment of marketing and customer insights strategist Lisa Brink to Senior Director, Client Consulting. Both Robbins and Brink bring a wealth of experience in guiding clients in their customer-centric business decisions and in the operationalization of customer experience strategy.
Alongside guiding award-winning work for clients such as Amway Corporation and Jaguar Land Rover, Robbins is currently co-leading the development of a patent-pending analytical model that will enable corporations to gain marketplace advantage by strengthening “customer performance indicators.” Acting as an Account Strategist for Gongos since 2018, Robbins was formerly Global Director, Customer Experience for GfK.

Lisa Brink, Senior Director, Client Consulting
Brink will initially focus her efforts both in account strategy and in diversifying Gongos’ Strategy & Implementation practice. She joins Gongos from Elicit, LLC where she was Senior Director, Customer Strategy since 2017 and a consultant since 2013. Prior to Elicit, and since 2004, Brink held key brand strategy and insights roles at Advance Auto Parts and Best Buy.
