A multidisciplinary team embarked on the journey of a lifetime: stepping into the shoes of the everyday cook to explore the impact the modern cooking cycle has on packaged goods. Aligning eight business units on the new artisanal food culture, our stakeholders joined in a stream of conversation as we sought out multiple knowledge sources.

This challenge required a careful blend of 60 studies, and a peek inside the consumer’s kitchen and mind.

To develop a cohesive modular report detailing the everyday cook’s journey, we determined the habits and preferences—from shopping, to planning, to plating.
